Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Filling Machine:
This machine is useful to fill liquid carbon dioxide into cylinders. Machine has two (2) weighing platforms as standard for easy operation i.e., during filling of cylinder on platform 1, operator can fix the cylinder on platform 2 and once filling is over on platform 1, the machine changes over automatically and starts filling the cylinder on platform 2, hence pressure developed in the line can be avoided .The cycle is repeated for further operation. Decanting/Liquid Nitrous Oxide Filling Machine:
Using this machine one can fill liquid nitrous oxide into cylinders. This is also called as decanting machine, since the machine is used to transfer or fill the liquid from bigger cylinder to smaller cylinder by heating and cooling. Nitrous Oxide filling machine has 3- channel filling and each channel is weighed and controlled by individual load sensor, controller and pneumatically operated valves.
